CMI was launch on April, 1994 with a primary objective of recruiting and providing highly qualified, disciplined and healthy Filipino Seafarers to foreign principals.
We have a wide selection of seamen for various types of vessels, available upon request. We use our experience of more than 20 years to support and guide our principals into finding the best crew that fits their expectations and their vessels’ needs. While performing all necessary procedures in order to facilitate the workload of our principals, our objective is always to keep expenses at bare minimum. Our crew manning services include crew selection and evaluation, recruitment, pool arrangements, in-house training, education, anti-piracy and safety training, travel arrangements, allotments.

SBS is a modern, user-friendly software program, which allows real-time connection between our offices in Manila and in Greece. Our clients will benefit from our new database system and will have easy access to personal details and certificates of their vessels’ crew with daily notification module.
We are happy to announce the installation of seamen evaluation system named SEAGULL AS. This system allows extensive evaluation of seamen through a pool of 6000 questions (categorized by type of vessel and rank of seaman) before joining and after signing off the vessel.
